From 25-26 August 2014, 12 foreign ministers met up with Singapore's top leaders PM Lee Hsien Loong, DPM Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Minister for Law K. Shanmugam during the Sub Saharan Africa High Level Exchange Visit. The visit is part of the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore.
